Disable Caps Lock key?

Can I disable the Caps lock key? My laptop keyboard is
just too small, and I keep hitting the key by accident.

Probably, depends on your keyboard properties or whether
you're willing to look on Google for software if your
keyboard properties don't already have the setting.
