disable cache mode

Currently running exchange 5.5 with outlook 2003. We have about 2000 XP pro
with SP1 running outlook 2003 with cache mode enable. I would like to disable
this by a script or registry. Anyone have any ideas on how to disable the
cache mode on outlook setting?
