Disable Auto correction when replacing text

I trying to replace RAL with gRAL, but word automatically corrects to GRAL.
I want to keep the first letter of the word smaller case rest Uppercase in
Find and replace.How do I do it?

Do you have "Match case" checked? If even that doesn't work, then type gRAL,
copy it, and use ^c (Clipboard contents) as your "Replace with" text (you
may want to enter "gRAL" as an exception in AutoCorrect first).
