Windows Vista has DirectX. Or, more correctly, DirectX is part of Windows
Vista.

It is an integral part of the operating system.

It has DirectX 10.

Click Start and type 'dxdiag' in the Start Search box and hit Enter to bring
up the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. "Direct X 10" is stated in the last line
under System Information on the System Tab.
