Directx 9.0c

OK I have sp2 and I think I installed directx 9.0b over
9.0c but when I try to reinstall 9.0c I accept the EULA
terms and it goes straight to finish without ever
installing anything is there anyway to fix this?

Why do you think you installed DirectX 9.0b over DirectX 9.0c?
This shouldn't have been possible under ordinary circumstances. What
version is reported when you run DxDiag? (Start > Run > Dxdiag.exe)
