Directx 9.0C Component

Now that no one seems to have an answer on how to install an SP2 Eval over
an existing SP1 Eval version, i put forward another question what could be a
possible workaround for me. Is there a directx 9.0c component available
seperately for download and add to my existing database??

I found the QFE on the microsoft download site. But anyone can still answer
my previous post it would be great ...
