There is in my program directory a map called dialer. Can I erase the
underlying maps without problems?

Hi,

I don't understand what you mean by "map"...could you elaborate?

Thank´s for aswering,

Sorry, my English isn´t to well. I mean that the directory contains folders
with files I don´t seem to have any use of. Can I erase these files without
problems.

Bist Du Deutsche? Ich sehe, dass Du den Brief durch Telekom geschickt

beschreiben...

What is the name of the program? Have you tried to delete it from the
Windows "Software" control panel? Click (auf Deutsch) Start >
Systemsteuerung > Software, and look for the program in the list. Or
what is the program called? Can you determine what the name of the
main program is?

In general, you don't want to delete a folder, especially in the
program directory. it's better to let the original program delete
itself.

Sorry, no Deutsche,
The programfolder is called Instant Access and contains a subfolder called
Dialer. Dialer again contains folders that are numbered and when I open them,
icons and shortcuts to websites are shown. I´v no interest in visiting these
sites.

My question is if I can erase the files in the folder named Dialer, not to
eraes the hole program.

Icons and shortcuts are typically safe to delete. If you have links to
them on the start menu, then you'll get ugly dead links, but it won't
hurt your Windows installation. If it's just icons, links, html pages
and the like, then I'd say you can delete them no problem.
