DIRECT X 9C AND ATI PAL TV TUNER

I have am ATI AIW 128 PRO graphics card. Direct X 9b
stopped the TV tuner from working but MS brought out a
fix (KB825116)which reenabled it. I just downloaded
direct x 9c and its stopped again. The old fix doesn't
work and I can't seem to uninstall 9c to put 9b back
again. Suggestions.

Did you try System Restore? Anytime Direct X gets updated it sets a
restore point. Just go back to before you installed "C". Unless you
had System Restore turned off.....
