Direct 3D in Win XP

Hello, I've got problem with my graphics. I've installed XP Pro and don't
have an accelerator support active (Direct 3D in DirectX is off). Is there
any possibility to turn that thing on? My graphics is Intel i740.

PS. I' ve tried to download drivers from Intel's site but there was
adnotation that they are on XP's installation CD.

Your Intel i740 does not support D3D, you need a newer card
