dir /q in windows xp

hi,

I am just wondering why is it when I issue a
command "dir /q" in windows 2000 the owner of the files
shows exactly what I want, but in Windows XP it does not,
it only works when the owner is the administrator. What
command will I use to get the owner of the files using
windows XP.

Sample in windows 2000:

12/05/2003 12:30p 14,336 BUILTIN\domain name\aliyah tax.xls

while in windows XP

12/05/2003 12:30p 14,336 BUILTIN\........ Tax.xls
12/05/2003 12:30p 14,336 BUILTIN\Administrators Tax.xls
