I have a directory on one of my drives which I am unable to delete. I
get the warning that it is either corrupted or unreadable?

How do I get rid of it.

PS:

Is their a site on the web that clearly teaches how to navigate the
Dos commands that you must use for the command prompt? I can't even
get it to change drives??

Thanks

Change drive by typing the drive letter, eg

c:\>d:

Changes the drive to D (C:\> is the prompt part, you type just d:)

Try running chkdsk.

Apart from changing drives everything else is in help, I suppose as D: isn't a command name there no hook to hang it on.
