Why are digital over-the-air TV signals weaker than analog over-the-air TV
signals?

Why do people ask TV questions in a newsgroup that is
clearly marked for Windows XP?

Because they're using XP, of course! My question is why MVPs like you
get your panties all up in a twist when someone posts something you
consider to be off topic. Lighten up, dude.

Thanks JS for the tip.
By the way, I do use Wxp.

Why are you asking HERE? What does this stupid question have to do
with XP? NOTHING.

I don't know whether they're weaker, but they are more fragile. A
poor-quality analog signal will result in snow or other picture
problems, but the result will still be watchable. The same amount of
degradation in a digital broadcast will reduce the picture to an
unwatchable mosaic.
