Digital Signatures

I have several users that are using the digital
signature button that is included in the standard toolbar
within Outlook 2002. However, we can not use this button
if we use Microsoft Word as our e-mail editor, because the
digital signature button is not included in the Word
toolbar. Is there anyway to create a digital signature
button within Word, such that it would be available when
we are using that editor in Outlook?

Press the Options... button and you'll get a window where you have the
Security button. Press it and you can add a digital signature
