Digital Signatures and certificates in Outlook 2003

I have a simple query for Microsoft Outlook 2003. If we want to add digital
signature and digital certificates in Outlook 2003, so that if mails are send
to sender for security reason, they won’t get altered by any means---how can
we incorporate that ?

That's not what digital signatures do. Digital signatures tell you whether a message has been altered but does not prevent such alteration. If prevention is your goal, look into the Windows Rights Management product that Microsoft has. THere are others as well; see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/security.htm#services
