Email Signatures - Encrypted??

I have 4 different emails signatures that I use for my job and have never had
problems until today. Every time I try to send an email a message is popping
up and not allowing me to sent the message unless I get a digital ID for
each. The message says "Microsoft Office Outlook could not sign or encrypt
this message because you have no certificate which can be used to send from
the email address . . . . . " I do not nor have I ever needed a digital ID
before.

Click Tools>Options>Security. Are any of the top four check boxes marked?
Do you see anything in the "Default Setting" drop-down? What version of
Outlook are you using?
