digital pc tv card

what card (or external device) would be recommended for
digital "free to view" tv in the uk. (running windows xp
home, ati 9200 graphics card, 1.00 gb ram, 2600 processor)
 
Also, ATI has released their HDTV Wonder series which costs a bit less,
but isn't as good as the Hauppage products.
