Digital ID

I cannot find my digital ID to use Outlook for Windows
XP, I upgraded the software from attib.com to
comcast.net, Comcast told me to contact Microsoft, I
cannot send out email, I get the "Could not sign or
encrypt this message, you have no certificate..." I went
to Microsoft online, but it is very confusing, please
help! I appreciate your time and consideration to this
matter.

Email signing certificates are tied to your specific email address. If your address changes, you can't use the certificate any more. Try using Tools | Options | Security to remove any default encryption or signature.
