Hi all,

I want to send a encrypted message from Outlook Express 5,
but when I try to send it I get a message saying that

"Outlook Express was not able to locate digital ids for
the following receipient" and then I have to say cancel or
Dont encrypt option.

Can anyone please tell me how do I get the digital ids of
the people I want to send a encryted mail to.

Regards,
Salina

If encrypting both sender & recepient require the encryption key
If Digital ID you will have to purchase, download and install. The ID will
be linked to yr specific mail address.
You might also get a more informative response by posting to a OE ng. This
is an OL ng. different App.

PKI (also known as PKE) is based on key pairs.. a public key and a
private key. You ideally give everyone you communicate with your
public key by signing the email with your public key. They need to do
the same, and you need to save each other in your contacts. Only after
having a signed message from someone and saving them to your contacts
are you able to encrypt a message to them, which they decrypt with
their private key.

Hope this helps..
