Digital Certificates

So i have been reading up on Digital Certificates. I understand what
they are but my question is "Will they get rid of the Macro warning
when you open a spread sheet?". My boss is dead set on getting rid of
this warning. Can anyone give me some details about how digital
signatures work in this respect?

Yes.

A signed workbook will not display the warning.

Depends on the kind of certificate and the version of XL your clients
