How can I get the "Take Selected Action" Dialog box to come on when I plug
my Cybershot camera into my PC. I can only see the files in my computer (F:
SonyMemoryStick)

I accidentally clicked the "Don't show this again" box, but is there any way
to bring it back?

Thanks

It has to do with the file associations. Open Windows
Explorer and, on the menu, go to Tools | Folder Options |
File Types. In there you can change the program that
opens when you open that kind of file.

Right now, I would guess, it is associated with explorer.

Plug the camera back in. Go to My Computer. Right click on the
F:SonyMemoryStick and then on Properties. Click on the Auto Play Tab.
Select "Prompt me each time to chose an action." See if that helps.

Many Thanks!, The problem was the camera was in the wrong USB mode (Normal -
which XP treats like a removable disk, PTP - which shows the camera as a
separate Scanner and Camera device in "My Computer")

Thanks for pointing out the Auto Play Tab option, I forgot all about it!
