Difficulties with small things!

Hi! I got some difficulties with small things, and don't have anybody to
turn to. Please help
1. I got two user accounts with xp windows, main, and second which is with
restricted permissions.

Sorry, have difficulties managing xps, now i have my own computer so i have
to do everything on my "own" .
1. When my main user desktop is open, there is no options for 'locking
computer', or lock on, there are options for log off, hibernate and stand
by, but how to turn on 'lock on' computer option?

2. Desktop is on, i go under the 'start', then 'programs', and it never show
me all off programs, because of 'arrow' on which first i must move the
pointer of the mouse on, to extend the list of programs, it take some time
to do and I find it unnecessary, maybe just from the asspect of memory
saving which we could find usefull, but i think that's neglective.?

3. i have some other questions, but i would like to humbley request you, if
you could redirect me to some group where i could ask this ques.; i have
some ques. about logging in-programs opening, user documents hiding from
other user and so on...always some little things which i can't understand on
my own. So if this isn't the right place please redirect me!?

Hi Marko, you will probably get good answers to your questions in a
newsgroup dedicated to Windows XP. This newsgroup is about Microsoft
Access, which is a database program.
