different programs show in taskbar but open off of the viewing scr

look this has happened to me with media player and now msn 7.5 i open the
program and they show as running on the toolbar but i cannot use the program
because it opens all the way to the right and off my screen. i used to system
restore to get it working back the way i wanted but for some reason that isnt
working this time. so in other words i open msn messenger but i cant even log
in. what good is a program you cant use? i cant be the first person to have
had this problem but cant seem to find anything to help me fix it.

For MSN, try this:

Right-click its button on the Taskbar and click Move. Now press and hold
down your left-arrow key (cursor key) until the "frame" comes into view,
then click on it and the program should be back on screen.

For Media Player, if it opens in Skin mode you'll find you can't right-
click on the taskbar button. If this happens, first press Ctrl-1 to open
in Full mode, then try the right-click and left-arrow move.
