I have two excel worksheets that contain the same table with identical
print area and size (I mean the column width and row height are the
same between the two) But when I do print reivew on both, one
occupies the full width minus the margins on the page and the other
only does 2/3. Both of them are previewed on the same printer with the
same setting and page set (35% scale). Any ideas what other factors
could be involve?

gratefully yours

Hi Dickson,

The first thing that springs to mind is the print area itself, not just the
dimensions of the columns and rows. Is this identical between the two
worksheets? ie on worksheet one, the print area might be, say, A1:G30, but
on worksheet two it might be A1:M30.
