different page layouts

i design a page ,save then preview it in browser and the layout stays the
same but the fonts and appearance change to a different style. what have i
done or got set wrong
 
Most likely you have used non-websafe fonts, or poor layout techniques. Can
you show me your page, and tell me what's not working for you?
