different footer for each page on one worksheet

Hello: I have a workbook with one worksheet. The one worksheet is 240
rows and prints on 7 pages. From a format perspective, each page is
identical; however, each page represents a different entity and
thereby has a different name and #s in it.

How can I make each printed pages footer include the unique name of
each entity?

Thanks!

You could make each page a separate worksheet within the workbook, but still
print them together by selecting all the worksheets (right-click on any one
of them). By having seven worksheets, you can make the name and numbers
unique to each one.

To create the six additional worksheets, copy the master six times, then
edit each sheet to contain only the rows for that page. If you insert
automatic page numbers in each worksheet and print them together, they will
print with numbers 1 through 7.

thanks for the reply!....had thought about that but would like to know
if there is a way to do this....could use this concept several other
places where making new worksheets is not an option
