differences in mailbox size

Hi I a problem in which the mailbox size on an outlook account is 10MB, but
the server shows 840MB. I have looked throught all the folders including the
deleted items but there is only 10MB in the outlook mailbox. How do I solve
the problem of making the outlook mailbox and the server mailbox size to show
thesame.
 
Right click on the topmost folder ("Outlook Today") and select properties >
folder size. Does it indicate there are items here?
