No difference from XP/2K3 forward. Used to be different. Used to be that
regedit.exe would not allow all the changes that regedt32.exe would, but had
better seach capability. But now, they are the same.
Spelling. Seriously though, Regedt32 no longer exits as a separate
application/utility; the using the command simply calls Regedit.
