hi,

there's an option in menu to:
"Load High Performance Default Settings"

after i loaded my system restarts but only for 5 seconds, then it freezes,
screen doesn't get triggered, can't even reboot or switch it off without
pulling the plug.

How can i restore the settings without being able to get in bios??

thnx in advance,
omi

Cold boot, press the BIOS key before Windows starts, reset
the BIOS.

Some mobo have BIOS reset jumper which will force the
computer to show the BIOS screen. Check your mobo manual.

Read your BIOS manual. Some have a key you can hold down. Other you can reset the BIOS. Only your manual knows.

omi,
try holding down the 'delete' key as soon as you start computer.

Should those key combinations not work that have been suggested a pretty
successful remedy is to simply reset the BIOS to defaults. That amounts to
turning the system off, unplugging it from the wall and usually moving a
jumper from one set of pins to another for about 10 - 20 sec. and then
replacing the jumper on the original pins.
If you can look in your mb manual there should be some instructions as to
which jumper block to go. Usually the block is near the battery.

Let me recommend that you wait more than 12 minutes before reposting
your problem. By the way, this was answered in your first post
anyway. You did wait and read the followups, right? Apparently not,
Mr. impatient man.

Impatience is not well regarded or rewarded here.
