Dictionary in Runtime Verion

How can I include a dictionary file in the runtime version of Access? I'm
fully licensed to create and deploy Access applications. But I can't seem to
enable a dictionary in the runtime versions.
 
You'll have to purchase a 3rd party dictionary product: the runtime license
does not allow you to redistribute the dictionary that comes with Office.
(You can, however, use it with the runtime if it already exists on the
user's workstation.)
