Dialup utility needed

I have two networked machines (W2K and XP Pro) and I access the internet via
ISDN on the W2K machine. What I am looking for is a utility that will enable
me to disconnect the ISDN Dial-up on the W2K machine, from the XP Pro
machine.
So far, I have been unsuccessful. Any ideas anyone?
