Dialogue Message: Install 'PRO11.MSI'

I run Windows XP SP2 and MS Office 2003 PRO and Word 2003 every day without a
problem.
Only rarely do I use the spreadsheet Excel 2003 which is included in MS
Office 2003.
But I have used Excel many times without a problem.

Recently, when I try to access Excel 2003, I receive a dialogue box with the
following message: Enter an alternate path to a folder containing the
installation program 'PRO11.MSI' -- and I cannot access Excel 2003.

How do I eliminate this blockage by 'PRO11.MSI' ?
How do I restore my access to my Excel 2003 program?

Microsoft has verified that all of my programs are legal, registered programs.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,

Thank You,

If you have Office XP, try to repair/install the Office Suite by going to
Add/Remove programs and click on Remove button on the XP Office 2003 a pop up
window will come up with three options one of them Repair Radio button,
please select that to repair the Office File structure and insert your XP
Office CD.
If you don't have the CD, try to read this article:
Locate missing .msi files
