Dialogue Box

I used to have a dialogue box open when I put a C.D. into
the Rom, asking what I wanted to do. eg Open files etc.
etc. Since a recent upgrade of hardware, that window no
longer appears. How can I get it back?
 
Open 'My Computer'
right-click the CD Drive and click 'Properties',
click the 'Autoplay' tab, Now select the 'Action' you want.
