Dialog Box

When opening an existing word document I get the following dialog "The command can not be performed because a dialog box is opened. Click ok, then close open dialog box to continue"
When I click ok the box automatically closes.
How do I avoid this happening all the time?

If you have Norton Anti Virus, deselect the Office Add-in under Advanced
Option in NAV.
