Dialing from Outlook

Hello,
I would like to use another application to do dialing for me when
using Outlook contacts.
How can I turn Outlook dialer off?

Jack tell us your outlook version and when exactly your computer dails...
when you open outlook in general or just if you open your contacts?
 
Outlook 2003.
When I click on <Dial > I do not want to use Outlook dialer.
Where I can select the option 'Not to use Outlook dialer' ?
 
Anyone using Outlook in this forum?????
Is it so hard to answer my question?
I do not have Outlook installed on my computer so I cannot check myself!!!!
Anyone????
