Suddenly my 10 month old laptop which has a Conexant
modem will not access the internet. I get a message
saying "Microsoft does not have any modems listed for
this computer." The device manager has the modem listed,
and the wizard shows that it is working properly. I
uninstalled it and rebooted. Same results. I reloaded my
ISP software. No help.
Can anyone tell me what to try next?
