Diagnostic software for my Hardware

Hi there, i'm Xp Pro user, i'm looking for a good Hardware diagnostic
software that could highlights me if some hardware isntalled on my pc got
problems of any kinds.
Not only for HardDrive but for any parts of my pc, from Floppy Disk to
Motherboard.

Fix-It Utilities has such diagnostics, which I have occasionally
used. (It's a misleading business if your hardware problem
is caused by a failing power supply. . . ) The assembler of
my PC recommends SISandra available by free download.
