DHCP Test Client

I'm looking for a way of testing that a DHCP server is giving out a scope
option for a user defined value. I have defined a scope option of 132 & 133
for Mitel VOIP phones over a VLAN however Microsoft DHCP server doesn't seem
to be sending this info to the Mitel phones. I can't see any tools that I
can use to prove that in fact the dhcp server is replying with this
information to these devices.
