DHCP Problems

Hi,

I have a problem I can't seem to resolve:

I have a dhcp server and within this I have 2 scopes (192.168.200.x and
192.167.10.x) in the second scope I have 2 reserved IPs .2 and .3 however
when the client machines logon to the network they seem to be grabbing the ip
addresses from the first scope.

How can i ensure that the client machines are assigned the IP addresses from
the correct scope?

How can i ensure that the client machines are assigned the IP addresses from
the correct scope?

............By having them physically in the correct subnet when the connect.
DHCP gives them an address according to the Physical Segment (Logical
Segment with VLANs) they are attached to when they connect.
