DHCP problem

Dear Friends,

I hope I'm posting this on a right place. I have a problem with my DHCP server. None of my PC's on the LAN are able to obtain an IP address. If I set a static IP everything is fine. However having only static IP's is not an option. I have devices that only use DHCP.

My DHCP server is active and authorised in the Active Directory. So from that side I do not have any problems. Also there are no extra DHCP servers on my network. I really do not know what is hapening here.
