DHCP on W2K Server with Dynamic DNS

Hello:

This is an update to my previous post. I appologise for not being clear.
On my remote office domain controller I am running Dynamic DNS. Ideally I
wanted to also have DHCP, however Microsoft does not recommend you do this
due to a security issue. The problem has to do with Active Directory and
DDNS. This is why I am looking for a good 3rd party DHCP servers that has
all of Microsofts mail features.

Scopes
Global Setting
Reservations

Does anyone know of any good DHCP server programs that could do this?

I think the issue to which you refer has a fix that will allow you to safely
run DHCP on a DC. This KB explains all

I did see this article but I thought despite this Microsoft still did not
recommend it. It even says that in this article. Are you running DHCP on
your DC's?

I've done it in small offices with no ill effects.
