DHCP help

I have just install my DCHP Server and I when try to
authorization the DHCP server is tell me that access is
denied. I am logged on as an ADMIN. There is no log in the
event viewer that states why this is happening.

Does any one have any suggestions?
 
You must have enterprise admin rights to authorize a DHCP server in Active
Directory.
