DFS Replication

How do I configure the Replication on DFS. My purpose is
to have the exact copy of data at 2 locations. I already
created the DFS root on the first server. When I right
click on it, The "Replication Policy" is disabled(grayed)
Can anybody please help me with this.

Any other sugesstions to approach the same thing welcome.

You need at least two targets configured (under a domain-based DFS
namespace) before you can enable FRS replication. Also, we recommend
enabling replication only on DFS links, not on DFS roots.
