Dfs folder is empty

\\server1\share1 is a dfs folder linking to server2. Some
users have problem that folder share1 is empty after open
it, but others are OK. If they run \\server2\share1, they
are able to view the content.

Your information is a little sketchy. Namely, what does "a dfs folder
linking to server2" mean? \\server1\share1 seems to describe a share, not a
dfs anything. Do you mean it is a target for a dfs link? Then what is the
dfs relationship to \\server2\share1 exactly?
