DFS and Windows cluster

How can you setup DFS on a Windows 2000 clustered
machine. I have some documentation relating to Windows
server 2003 but I don't know whether it will work on 2000
Adv Server.

I am pretty confident that the DFS namespace is OK on a
DFS cluster, I am not so sure about any data though.
Enlightenment appreciated.

You should be able to set up a stand-alone DFS namespace on a server
cluster. I recommend taking a look at the Help in Windows 2000 for
procedures on doing this. The procedures might be different than in W2K3, so
it's best to use the W2K documentation.

You mention standalone DFS - will it work with domain DFS - this is what I really want to do

Thanks in advance

Domain-based roots aren't supported on shared cluster storage, though you
can create them on local storage on one of the cluster nodes.
