Can I Create a DFS so user from difrend Domain Tree in
Forest access the Shared folder as long as DFS exist in
the DC.

Yes, you can create DFS in a domain that can be accessed by users in other
domains of same forest.
You also can setup explicit direct trust between two domain for users of one
domain to access DFS in another domain. These two domain can be across two
different forests as well.
