Devldr32.exe issue

I hope I can post my problem here. I have exhausted all avenues in trying to find a solution.

My OS is Windows XP

The problem is, that every time I reboot, devldr32.exe shows in the taskbar more then 200 times. Updating the latest drivers didn't solve this issue.
