Device Manager

When I go to control panel > System > System Properties > Device Manager and click I can no longer see the list. All I get is a quick black blank sceen in a flash. I cannot access the Device Manager anymore.

Hi,

Click start, select run and type services.msc. Check if the "plug and play"
service is disabled. Doublt click it, and check. Enable it, if it is
disabled.
