Device Manager list missing

Hi there,

I have a W2k server machine, when I click on the device
manager, it's empty. I have reboot a few times, it's still
empty, what could be the cause of it?

This is worth a try. Go to Control Panel|Administrative Tools|Services|Plug
and Play - turn off plug and play, on the tool bar are symbols like on cd
players. Turn it back on and reboot.
