Device fails to reboot after adding minidump driver

I added the mini dump driver to our image, and then crashed out device
using the CrashOnCtrlScroll method. After this the device will POST but
then hangs at a black screen instead of starting Windows.

Any insight?
 
I don't know what the problem is here, but you may need to connect it to a
kernel debugger to get details on why it's failing to boot post crash.
