I am wondering if I have deleted a driver that perhaps came with my XP in
error.

I recently tried to install an MP3 Player from RCA. When plugged into the
USB my system didn't acknowledge it's existence. I was informed I need the
drivers. Should I not have had something to be getting on with originally.
The CD provided with the item (it's new) only provided drivers for win98..
and it stated they wouldn't work with my system.

Any ideas which way I should go? BTW I have a DELL with full Microsoft
Windows XP

Hi Carolyn,

First make sure those USB ports are enabled in the system BIOS.
